Roger M. Moore, Jr. got his start in 1980 as a licensed real estate agent selling real estate for his father, who had the largest real estate company in Tennessee at the time. Since 1988, he has also been a licensed real estate broker.

In his more than 20 years as a real estate agent and broker, Mr. Moore has amassed an impressive amount of experience with the sale and lease of countless residential and commercial properties. In 1987, Mr. Moore became a member of the Million Dollar Circle while selling real estate for Northside Realty in Atlanta, Georgia. During his career with Coldwell Banker, he was awarded the International President's Circle, a prestigious designation given only to the top five percent of sales associates in the nation.

He has also served as a marketing director for Franklin Square in Knoxville, Tennessee. There, he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 130,000 square feet of office and retail space. His responsibilities soon grew to include property management for the development.

In 1995, Mr. Moore decided to continue his family’s tradition and opened R.M. Moore Real Estate Company, a firm focusing on commercial real estate. In 2005, Mr. Moore opened an additional Real Estate Office in Sevierville, Tennessee. To this day, Mr. Moore takes a very active role in the everyday functioning of the company. Not only does he manage the firm and its employees, but he also specializes in personally providing commercial property, tenant acquisition and property management services.

Mr. Moore is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee, a past president and chairman of the board of the Concord/Farragut Sertoma, a member of the Farragut Rotary and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Mr. Moore also serves on the board of the American Red Cross, the Foster Care Board, Leadership Knoxville and the 2006 Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Board.
