Robert E. Harrison, CCIM serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore, LLC, specializing in the sale of land property, specifically site selection, in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. In addition to being licensed in Tennessee, Harrison is also a licensed broker in Florida, North Carolina, and Kentucky. With 10 years of experience, Harrison has completed more than 20 transactions valued in excess of $18 million.

Harrison joined the R.M. Moore team in 2000, after serving with a local real estate and auction company in Loudon, Tennessee. Harrison’s expertise in land and site selection has secured several regional clients including a Knoxville Back Yard Burger franchisee, Corporate Zaxby’s, and a drugstore developer. Harrison also works with market rate and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) multifamily developers as well as working with farm, industrial, distribution, and Brownfield properties.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Harrison is an active member of his community, representing the City of Loudon on the County Solid Waste Disposal Commission since 1995. Harrison recently received the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and currently resides in Loudon, Tennessee.
