Pepper Bobo serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail propertiesandland in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a primary focus on prospecting, selecting and representing retail tenants and buyers. With over two years of industry experience, she has secured 22 transactions, valuing in excess of $8 million.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Pepper worked for Environmental Systems Corporation, an environmental company, where she conducted research, compiled reports and created presentations. Previously, she worked for Dobson Communications where she managed their budget, arranged aspects of corporate travel and coordinated special events.

Pepper is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has completed coursework from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM). She is active in the Loudon, Oak Ridge and Knoxville chambers of commerce. In addition, she studied business at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma.
