Lloyd Montgomery IV is a Knoxville native and a licensed affiliate broker in the state of Tennessee and North Carolina. He attended The McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN before earning his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness / R.M. Moore, LLC, Mr. Montgomery managed and leased retail centers for CBL & Associates Properties. CBL is based in Chattanooga, TN and is one of the largest mall REIT's in the country.

Mr. Montgomery is involved in site selection, tenant representation, and the development and leasing of office buildings and retail centers for Sperry Van Ness / R.M. Moore, LLC.
