Lisa has been with the company since 1998 where she began as the office manager. Over the past ten years Lisa has obtained her Tennessee Real Estate License; obtained the designation of CPM “Certified Property Manager”, which is awarded to property managers who have met the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education; examination and experience. In December 2007 Lisa was named as a Vice President with the company and is actively involved in the day to day operations of the real estate division of the firm.

As the property manager, she currently manages a portfolio consisting of retail, office, land and residential. Her responsibilities include, but not limited to, the management of the income and expenses of both the property management portfolio and the real estate operations in access of 4 million dollars.

Lisa has extensive experience in managing “troubled” assets; coordinating rehabilitation of distressed properties; new construction challenges, and properties in receivership and bankruptcy.

With over 25 years of experience in customer service, management, office administration, accounting telecommunications, and more than 10 years experience in commercial property management and commercial real estate. She currently serves as President-Elect of the local IREM Chapter and has participated in the Read with Me Program for Knox County since 2003.

Lisa has resided in Knox county for over 29 years and currently resides in the Karns community with her husband Mike and son, Robby.
