Josiah Glafenhein serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore LLC, specializing in the leasing of retail and office properties in the East Tennessee Region.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore LLC, Josiah worked for Conversion Properties Inc, in Knoxville, TN where he focused on commercial real estate brokerage, development, and consulting. He joined Conversion full time in January of 2008 after graduating from the University of Tennessee’s MBA Program in December of 2007. Josiah earned his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from East Tennessee State University (ETSU).

Josiah is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and actively participates in the East Tennessee Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) chapter. Knoxville has always been home to Josiah and he enjoys the outdoors during his leisure time. Josiah is a member of Redeemer Church of Knoxville.
