John R. Robin began investing in commercial real estate in the late 1980s, concentrating on the apartment and mini-warehouse sectors. Seeing a need at the time, he converted many of his apartments into condominiums and marketed individual units to single-family buyers and multiple units to smaller investors.

Mr. Robin has a broad range of knowledge in real estate investments, and he has a large portfolio of investors he deals with across the country. His experience as an investor and as a real estate broker work well together. Mr. Robin is licensed in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Mr. Robin works daily with a network of investors who are actively buying and selling in the East Tennessee market. He also works with investors to complete tax deferred exchanges.
