As an Advisor for Sperry VanNess/R. M. Moore, Heidi focuses on tenant and buyer representation in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Heidi serves her clients with a detail-oriented approach to analyzing their occupancy costs and through a series of detailed steps, assists them in reaching their overall goals for the organization.

Prior to joining Sperry VanNess/R. M. Moore, Heidi spent over 23 years in the commercial real estate industry in Central Florida. Most recently, Heidi was Director of Leasing for Taurus Southern Investments where she was responsible for the leasing of over 2 million square feet of office and flex product in Central Florida and Jacksonville. In her five years with Taurus, Heidi was directly involved in over $281 million in real estate transactions. Specializing in high technology, government, simulation and bio-tech, Heidi worked with firms such as the University of Central Florida, Advanced Systems Technology, Army Corps of Engineers, Anteon/General Dynamics, Rockwell Collins, Carley Corporation, JHT, SeaStar Lines, GSA/PEO-Stri and others. Much of Heidi’s time was spent in the Central Florida Research Park where she gained invaluable experience working with the United States Government and government contractors. Prior to working for Taurus, Heidi was a broker with GVA Advantis in Orlando.

Heidi was recognized by the Florida Real Estate Journal as one of the Top Women in Commercial Real Estate in 2008 and by CoStar as a Top Leasing Broker in 2006. Additionally, Heidi was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of Orlando’s “40 Under 40” in 2007.
