Ed Thompson serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore, LLC, specializing in the sale of land, retail and office property in Tennessee. With more than 21 years of sales experience, Ed brings a background and understanding of retail, industrial, government, and direct sales experience.

Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Ed has been employed in outside sales in the consumer electronics and industrial automation fields.

Previously, Ed was employed with a worldwide consumer electronics organization where he earned several Top Ten sales awards and the Award of Distinction. He also worked for Global Leader in Industrial Automation before returning to East Tennessee in 1999. He is currently completing coursework with the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
