Ean Moffett currently serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M.Moore LLC, specializing in the acquisitions and dispositions of multi-tenant and single tenant NNN retail investment property in East Tennessee and the Southeast Region.

Ean is a licensed real estate broker currently working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Ean attended East Tennessee State University for three years where he was active in the Student Government Association and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He eventually returned to Knoxville to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Politcal Science from the University of Tennessee.

Ean is a life long resident of East Tennessee and lives with his wife and child in the Rocky Hill community of Knoxville. Leisure activities include golf, fishing, and spending time with his family.
