Claudia Loy serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/R.M. Moore, LLC, specializing in the sale of land property in addition to the sale and leasing of office and retail property in Knoxville, Tennessee. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Loy has been the recipient of several industry awards including: Achievement in Excellence in Sales and Leasing.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Loy served as a broker for R.M. Moore Real Estate. Previously, Loy spent a decade serving as a property manager and leasing agent for the Landmark Center, a New York Life owned, 185,000 square foot Class A office building in West Knoxville. Loy's leasing knowledge also comes from spending eight years as the Director of Leasing for Masada Investments. She serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee for Executive Women's Association in Knoxville.

Loy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers(ICSC), the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, and is a candidate for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
