George “Chip” M. Miller, II, a lifelong native of Loudon County, Tennessee, is a dynamic community leader with over ten years of executive level experience.Chip joined the firm of R.M. Moore in 2004 to concentrate on commercial real estate.Additionally,he has performed site acquisition and negotiations for lease customers on behalf of Lamar Advertising.
As a second-generation entrepreneur, Chip led his family business in Lenoir City, Tennessee, from 1993 to 2002. He has a keen ability to develop and frame new ventures.Chip has been highly successful in identifying emerging opportunities and initiating innovative practices and operations. He is renowned for his outstanding ability to build consensus and drive cooperative relationships with employees, vendors and business partners.
Chip currently serves as a board member for the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce, STAR Ranch, Committee of 100, Lenoir City Civitan and the Loudon County Workforce Investment Act (WIA).
Chipearned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from East Tennessee State University after his graduation from Lenoir City High School. He is married to Tammy White Miller, a South Carolina native. They reside in Lenoir City and are members of Central United Methodist Church.
