We are proud to be a member of the Core Network, a national organization of commercial real estate providers who share information, resources, contacts and expertise among 67 member firms with offices in over 125 different markets. In 2002, the Core Network was recognized by the commercial and real estate investing and development magazine National Real Estate Investor as the sixth largest brokerage organization in the United States with over $20.8 billion in investment sales and leasing transactions in all 50 states, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

The Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership works with public and private sector individuals and organizations to create and maintain an economic climate in which businesses have the ability to thrive and grow. As a member of the chamber, R.M. Moore invests in the Jobs Now! regional campaign. Jobs Now! is a five-year program designed to attract new businesses and high-paying jobs, foster growth and retention of the existing industry base and enhance the entrepreneurial environment for new start-up businesses. Specific campaign goals include:

• Create 35,000 new jobs
• Create $2.5 billion in new, nonresidential capital investment
• Create 800 new businesses
• Increase per capita income by $6,470
• Increase the Gross Metro Product by $5.75 billion

Jobs Now! kicked off in March 2003 and has already produced significant results in its first year with 7300 new jobs (146% of 2003 goal) and $525 million in new, non-residential capital investments (148% of 2003 goal).
